How does a sysop delete a user if it's not done in the (N)ew Users portion of VF?

This is done with the ED command in local mode (ZZ) when you enter ED it will ask you which handle or user number you want to edit, when the user is pulled up, you would choose the Handle which I believe is option 1, when the Handle shows to be changed hit a ^ (Up arrow Shift6) and hit return, hit return again, then it will delete that user..

AH! That explains it! the account I wanted to delete was an "Up arrow / ^" account. I couldn't figure out why that was there! LOL It disappeared on it's own and I figured it was a fluke.
