I am quite sure these are unmodified files from the v1.80 generic CS423X chipset drivers. This is the latest release that also supports the CS4232. Unfortunately the generic driver package is unusable without a windows 3.1 installer, so use this package instead. Additional related info placed in the XTRA folder. CWAUDIO.BIN was not originally in the turtle beach package, so I took that one from the matching windows 3.1 package. Added is CWD.bat which should configure your soundcard when run.
