The Part-Time BBS was the longest running Atari 8 bit BBS in the 216 Cleveland Ohio area code. It was originally online from 1985 to early 2000.
On December 23, 2017, Part-Time returned online via telnet. The version that you can now telnet to was pieced together with backup floppy disks from 1990.
The BBS includes restored messages/message bases from 1988 through 1990, some restored file sections, and online games.
For best results, log in with an Atari 8-bit or a telnet client that supports ATASCII (Atari Mode). One such client is Syncterm. Syncterm is available for Windows, Linux, Mac OS/X, etc. You can download Syncterm here.
Part-Time's telnet address is: ptbbs.ddns.net port 8000 (IP Address: 24.22.120.147 port 8000).

Prison Board Renegade is a fully functional bbs with 3 Message Networks (Fidonet, MetroNet and fsxNet), files for download being built up, Online Games with access to Game Servers and TradeWar Servers.
It is the latest version of synchronet with all the synchronet games plus access to two games servers and two TW2 servers.

Currently in very early development, PiBBS is a side project I decided to undertake in order to make use of hardware and free time that would otherwise be wasted. Due to the state of development, users may encounter bugs, unfinished features, and possibly service outages.

This is (probably) the first RC2014 based bulletin board system in the world!
“RC-BOX” is a classic 1985 RBBS 4.1 (BDS C code) bulletin board system utilizing a RC2014 (Z80 based) computer kit running the CP/M 2.2 operating system and BYE5 communication program to interface with the outside world. It’s single-user, so the connection will be dropped with a “BUSY” message if someone else is already logged in. In that case, try again a little later.
